We collect Personal Information you provide to us in two general and distinct ways: (1) when you choose to participate in surveys and (2) when you send emails to  MTC Healthcare. Focus group participation helps MTC Healthcare  understand the needs of TTC as we continue our research for new and useful products. In addition, the individual data generated from this blind study is not sold nor shared with 3rd parties.
